Refund Policy

General Policy

Unless a specific product section below states otherwise, digital products purchased from OPBE are eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Law Firm Systems Accelerator (LFSA)

A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided your SENTINEL system has not yet been deployed (Lesson 2.2) — whichever occurs first. Once your system is deployed, refunds are no longer available, as the system becomes a live, functioning part of your business.

If a genuine defect exists in the original build, OPBE will correct it at no cost within 14 days of deployment. Issues resulting from changes made to the system after deployment, or requests made outside this window, are not covered under this policy; setup assistance is available separately.

To request a refund:

  • Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase

  • Include your name and order confirmation number

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

After 7 days, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products where full access has been granted beyond Module 1.

Waitlist Enrollment

No payment is collected for waitlist enrollment. No refund policy applies.
